How It Works
An expert BI consultant will visit your site twice in a month to perform scheduled maintenance on the system (more visits planned depending upon the requirement). Tasks will include:
Inspection of all logs, followed by the appropriate action.
Application of maintenance releases.
Reconfiguration to meet new organizational needs or goals.
Onsite investigation of problem reports for more efficient resolution.
All other system administration functions will be performed remotely with the appropriate connectivity implemented by our system specialists.

Deliverables

A written description of high-level observations, any changes made, and recommendations for future changes and maintenance.
