We are seeking a Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing new accounts, with the help of our successful performance record over the past 8 years. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sales Executive will be a part of our sales team, and will be responsible for meeting or exceeding individual sales objectives for Software/Services sales geared towards pre-selected Fortune 500 companies as well as large government agencies. A typical day will include: * Conducting highly-effective cold or warm calls to prospective clients and sending follow-up email communications; and arranging in-person meetings with clients as needed. Should be able to effectively communicate with c-level executives in the process of listening to and tactfully qualifying needs. * Working with and supporting Business Instruments' Senior Accounts Managers in preparing marketing documents, draft proposals and presentations * Providing effective feedback to your supervisor on your sales and business development activities, plans, actual closed sales, as well as sales pipeline
  Job Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years of a successful track record in achieving sales targets and opening new customer accounts (corporate customers) * Understanding of the IT Services (consulting, staff augmentation, fulltime staffing solutions, and projects) business; ability to quickly learn and be conversant about new services offered * Excellent communication (phone skills) and writing skills (effective emailing) * Education background in Sales/Marketing/Business Management/Information Systems/Psychology/Sociology or equivalent experience * Creative, goal-oriented and ability to excel in a high-pressure environment.
