At Business Instruments, we have set very stringent standards for new employee hiring. The selection process starts with a series of technical evaluations, previous experience and reference checking, one-on-one discussions with the management team regarding the job responsibility and career path, sending job offer letters, completing joining formalities, training and introduction into the company.


During this selection process, a Recruiting Manager is assigned to each potential candidate, who acts as a single point of contact for the candidate and walks them through all the hiring procedures.
